Gallery Monique Paton

The Gallery Monique Paton is focused on contemporary art relying on its cast with national and international artists working in various lines of research. The gallery’s commitment is to present emerging artists, innovative and still known by the public.

The represented artists have their works in collections such as Victoria & amp; Albert Museum, Modern Art Museum of Rio, Pinacoteca de São Paulo, European House of Photography, São Paulo Museum of Modern Art, Museum of Modern Art in New York, The Smithsonian Institution and Tate Modern in London among others.

The gallery works closely with national and international curators, collectors and artists articulating dialogue highlighting the Brazilian contemporary production.

The gallery was founded in December 2014 in the center of Rio de Janeiro. In November 2015 he moved to the mall of antique shops in Copacabana.
